In order to hear about people's views on matters to do with health, sustainability or community matters more generally, we encourage people come together in discussion.
Here are some workshops that are seeking currently participants. If you are interested in joining one, please get in touch:
Beat the Heat: Join us to explore community imagined solutions for rising heat and urban health, which will inform a project that we are developing with others in the Southampton and Hampshire area. Tues 8 July 5.30pm at God's House Tower with RSA Southampton: www.socollective.org.uk/Beat-the-Heat
Towards Sustainable Futures through Storytelling: Different people have different views on what sustainable futures should look like. This project is based on understanding a diversity of views and perspectives. Participants are invited to join a two hour workshop in small groups (four to six participants on average). The aim is to develop meaningful conversations and shared visions for a sustainable future. Wed 9 July 4-6pm at a central Southampton venue. Contact rebecca [at] socollective.org.uk if you are interested in knowing more or joining in.
People and communities working together for research: This is an opportunity for people who would like to help host conversations in future, to join some training offered in partnership with University of Southampton. September 2025 dates to be announced
